Thought I'd try this on my 2019 Specialized Turbo Levo and so far so good. The ebike marketing might be bs but at least the cost is comparable to non-ebike products. Been using Dumonde Tech regular on other mountain bikes but it builds up a gummy layer even though I apply and wipe off the excess per the instructions. This ebike lube is fairly thin and leaves a light coating that doesn't gunk up so much. As for longevity, it seems to hold up well but for me that's 30 miles or so before applying a maintenance drop to each link. I've been using it in both wet and dry conditions and the drive-train is smooth and quiet through it all. And it smells good too 😁 ... show more

If you do oil change on your car to keep it running healthy, then consider this the equivalent for your ebike longevity. This really keeps the gears and chain in top condition and my shifting is now buttery smooth. Also get the Fine Line Ebike Foam Cleaner!     • Decent lubrication, wears down quickly, terrible container

It lubricated my chain and derailleur enough to prevent any noise, however I noticed the lubrication itself wears down faster from general use than other chain lubrications. After about 45 miles you can note ticking from the chain on the cogs. However, issues come from the container, specifically the cap. The cap on the container comes with a safety cap because the lubricant contains chemicals that may be dangerous, however the safety cap on mine was broken on arrival. I had to use pliers to destroy the cover for the safety cap and then manually remove the actual cap because the ridges on it were worn down to nothing. ... show more
