Broke within a week of using. I used the adhesive it came with and mounted it under my cabinets and let it sit for 24 hours like the instructions say. The issue I ran into was the joint that forms a right angle literally came apart within a few days from just pulling on the paper towels. It cracked right where it’s welded together and got worse each time we went back for a paper towel. Eventually the bar that the paper towel roll hang from was so droopy the paper towel roll would just fall off. It’s just my husband and I so it’s not like it was exposed to kids who were too rough on it. It cracked and and then completely snapped off from very gentle, normal use within a few days. I was super disappointed and would not recommend.

This was a great purchase and fit nicely under the cupboards in our camper to give us extra counter space. The adhesive is quite strong - so you only get one shot to make it straight. It is a very sturdy paper towel holder and seems like it will hold up nicely. The only problem is there is nothing to stop the paper towels from rolling off - like to hold the tube in place from spinning. Great product, handy!

This item is ok. It continues to need tighten cause the arm starts to get loose but the screws to tighten the arm to the mount are hidden so if you used the adhesive you have to pry tape off to get to the screws, then I mounted it instead thinking that would solve it, but it became loose again, but just have to unscrew this time to tighten arm to mount. Sometimes frustrating, but works for underneath cabinet. Hard to explain.
