These dumbbells are “as described“. Very nice set of weights, they came in three different boxes, one of the boxes came a little later than the other two. Setting up the rack was pretty easy. I used a socket wrench and an open end wrench and it worked great. I have to admit, the boxes that the weights came in were pretty beat up. But, the weights themselves came through with flying colors. No scratches or dings, everything looked great. I read other reviews about the weights having a smell about them. Mine did too, but it wasn’t too bad. I just let them air out for a few days and they’re OK now. The weights feel pretty comfortable in my hands. They’re a little bit tight on the rack, so just be careful with your fingers when you put the weights back into the rack. The weights look good. They definitely do what they’re supposed to do. I have a small little workout area in one of my bedrooms and they do not take up too much room. One thing that I really need to stress here is that the customer service for this company is outstanding. They kept in touch with me the whole way through the shipping process to make sure I got my weights. I did have an issue with some little push pins (they hold the plastic guards on the stand) that were broken or missing, I contacted the company and they sent me replacement pins. In fact the pins arrived the same day, the third box of weights showed up. This company really stands behind their product, and I’m so glad that I dealt with them and that they were so easy to work with. Thank you.

I really like the weights and it is great, the rubber doesn’t smell and they are comfortable handles as well. My only disappointment with this is the rack itself. I do believe the rack is cheap and it is hard to remove or put the weight back on the rack.

This is a great set of weights and value price wise the best you’ll find. Just temper expectations for how long it might take to come. The biggest complaint others had was the fact that it didn’t all come at once immediately. If you read the listing it says it won’t. Let me set expectations for you: You order a full set of weights in pairs of 5, 10, 15, 20, & 25 lbs, they ship them in 3 shipments so you don’t have to lift a box that’s 150lbs. It can take some time. In my case the Mail carrier screwed it up and one package was held for a few weeks and when I investigated they said it was lost and I should leave them alone and bother the seller/shipper. I went back to Amazon and the seller who had provided me immediate feedback previously as well as tracking numbers again showed great customer support. Within an hour they responded saying they will send a new shipment here’s tracking info be in the look out. My shipments came within a week and all was resolved I have my full set. Moral of the story this may take some time but the seller is fantastic and will respond and help quickly and efficiently where they can, don’t whine just moderate expectations. For the product itself these are great solid weights exactly as described. The rack they include is easy to assemble and the weights are high quality. There is upon unboxing a stronger rubber smell because it’s a new rubber product but I used Clorox wipes to give them a once over and in a week or 2 the smell disappeared. Again it’s new it can smell but it’s not forever so just chill out and enjoy your weights.

Very frustrating. One of the dumbbells came with the rubber damaged. But the worst part is that after positioning all the dumbbells on the rack, the upper pieces rest on the lower pieces. In other words, you cannot remove the lower dumbbells individually without removing all the other dumbbells from the upper positions. I wanted this set for better organizing my weights, but if I have to keep all dumbbells out of the rack, it doesn’t work for me. I will return the item.
