The first one I received tore at the seams after the first wash. I promptly returned it for another and the second has made it through multiple washes so far. I think they could have used a heavier weight thread but thats my only complaint. Its way nicer material than my other equally priced duvet. Colors are bright and dont bleed in the wash. There is some shedding but its not terribly, mostly collects in large balls that fall off with a quick swipe. I recommend this item with the caveat that you know it might need repairs at its seams in the future. ... show more

This is such a fun set. I’ve never owned a duvet cover but wanted something to put on the bed without adding any additional heating elements to it due to the weather during the summer. This was the perfect weight and served to keep me comfortable. The material is lovely and the design is on both sides. It was well-made and has a good zipper in it. Rough cotton. Maybe we'll soften with time? But it seems built to last. Colors vibrant. Bought king. I have standard king comforter. This is NOT standard king size. It's huge. Maybe it's a California king size? Not loving that part at all as there is a good 6 inches that is just duvet. Oh well. Wasn't expensive so it's not the end of the world. This Duvet cover is a blessing to wake up to! You’ll need to neutralize everything else in the room, but it’s worth it to wake to such a swath of color! It feels great, and hasn’t pilled. Wash inside out on cold and don’t dry on high heat.
