These are really thin and a natural feeling fabric. They are great if you want privacy but to also let in a lot of natural light. I put them up in my living room with hight ceilings and they look great! If there is any breezy they definitely blow in the wind.

The texture of these ivory linen curtains looks so elegant as they window light shines through them. Just the right amount of sheer for our taste! The color also is just right. A cream that is more of an off white than a yellow ivory (see attached photos). The package includes metal hooks but we opted to put our curtain road through the sewn-in seam. As with most fabrics I recommend washing and drying before use to be rid of the fold marks. Of course, steaming is also an option. ... show more

Some of the finest curtains we have ever enjoyed in our lives. They are very elegant, super sheer and light weight, yet are durable and can take a crazy cat getting caught in one of them with her claws. We have since made it impossible for our cats to use their claws on beautiful curtains, lol.

Having a house that is over 103 years old, I can boast of having very tall windows which require really LONG curtain panels, which can be VERY expensive, as I have sadly learned. I do like to change the looks of my rooms with the seasons, and when I saw these, I thought they would be perfect for late summer/autumn decor in my dining room! They are a natural color, a wonderful neutral color that goes so well with the stained wood trim and windows in my house. The fabric is a medium weight cotton/linen/poly blend which washes like a dream, and touching up with a low-heat iron takes care of the few wrinkles after washing and drying. Easy care is a must for me; no dry-cleanable drapery panels in this house! They are not at all sheer, almost not semi-sheer either, but do let some light in, perfect for giving me privacy, but not making the room dim! And honestly, for the price, I couldn't sew these drapery panels for the money these cost! The curtain hooks are even included if you don't want to use the rod pockets sewn in! I have a feeling I will be getting more of these for other rooms in my house, as they really are gorgeous and frame my windows so nicely. ... show more
