I got this as a gift for my girlfriend, I wanted to surprise her since she’s been wanting one of these for a while now, but the moment she tried to put it on we noticed something was not right with the clasp. It was weirdly shaped and didn’t close properly. We got it checked at a pandora store and they told us there was nothing to do about it.
