This suitcase is very well made! I had been doing a lot of research on the best bag to take on a European trip. Level 8 ticked all my boxes. 1. Price point was spot on. 2. Dimensions included wheels and handles( beware some don’t) and it fit well within the requirements. 3. Stylish color and look. 4 Attention to detail on inside construction 5. Most importantly the wheels were said to roll well on cobblestone. ( And they certainly did) I just returned from a trip and cruise to Italy and Greece. Packed enough clothes and toiletries for 2 weeks ( not an easy task but with lots of planning it can be done) wore everything I packed most things twice and did 0 laundry. Nothing got dirty or stinky but glad we didn’t stay another week! lol The zippers on the bag are smooth zipping and lock securely into to top lock. Fully packed my bag weighed just a tad over 23#’s. I did pack one change of clothes and a pj in my personals bag, but the suitcase was my main storage. The wheels were a dream on rough cobblestone streets. The handle felt nice and sturdy. The front flap storage pocket might be great for those traveling with a laptop but I did not use is except for paperwork as loading it with things does limit the amount of interior packing space. My only issue( no fault of the bag itself) was the last day of the trip I loaded my suitcase with my personal bag attached to the trolley handle , onto a bus… the ride was chaotic and the bags tipped over. Someone tried to lift both bags by grabbing the personal bag and slightly bent the suitcase handle. No significant visible damage but I was then unable to lower the handle back into the suitcase. After working on the internal mechanism (inside the zipper area in the bottom of the suitcase) I have been able to lower it back down except for the last inch and a half. I am currently contacting Level 8 to see what can be done. This is a great bag and I love it ! Would definitely buy another Level 8! Wish they made them lighter. Most bags empty run in the 610 pound range. This one comes in at about 6.9-7.9. Not horrible but every little bit helps when going thru security.

Very well designed! 2 day Business Trip -Room for work clothing, boots, shoes, dinner dress, cosmetics everything had a place... secured with straps. Smallness in zipped pockets. Even expands if necessary. Outside compartment held laptop & work materials.... no need for brief case. Easy to access while waiting in airport. Sturdy outside & Super Pretty. Easy to roll even on uneven terrain, moving sidewalks & escalators. Fits perfectly in overhead bin. Best suitcase I've ever had for the price. And, I travel alot. Love it

Surprisingly light weight but sturdy. Capability for expanding worked well for a longer duration trip made by car recently. But also without expanding worked well for airline overhead. My first four wheel roller, is much easier to move around than my two wheelers. Goes over variety of terrains seamlessly. I also like the separate area for computer or other items I need quick access without opening the full suitcase.

This has been my go to bag when I take a carry on. I love the hard shell and ability to lock it. I always add a TSA approved lock to the front laptop zippers. So simple. Great bag but I will agree with two comments I read in the reviews before I bought it: 1) The front laptop compartment needs to be fully unzipped (all the way to the bottom) to open it enough to access your laptop and 2) you really can't fit much more that a flat laptop in the front compartment when the bag is fully packed. There are compartments in the laptop area for mouse, power cord, etc, but I found it difficult to close with the clothes compartment full. So, I just put the power bank and other accessories off to the side in the front compartment rather than in the pockets. Great bag, though. I took this and a backpack (as my personal item) on a 12 day trip to Asia, no problem.

I purchased this luggage set just before a business trip, as I needed new luggage. After browsing Amazon, other websites, and stores, I chose this set because I liked its appearance and it had great reviews. After a three-week trip to six cities, the luggage held up well. It was easy to maneuver, lightweight, and easy to identify. Although I initially wanted only two pieces, I opted for the set of three as it was a better deal. I took the large suitcase on my trip since I was traveling for three weeks, and it was spacious enough to fit everything I needed. There were only a few minor marks, which is normal. Although there was a small piece out of place when I received it, the luggage was well-packaged and arrived on time, just before my trip.

This will be a unique review with old VS new comparison. Purchased a version of this bag in 2017, maybe a different company. Paid around $80+ back then compared to the $130 for the new one. There’s no other I could find designed like this one and it works very well for me. Last trip to K.C. the baggage folks messed it up and besides a dent was a crack halfway across the top handle side. Life ended for the bag. I found this one and was a little shocked at the price increase but got it anyway for its functionality. To my surprise there were several improvements. Pictures show them; the handle is built inside the exterior of the bag adding support. Inside compartments are more secure with straps and covers. The exterior is less prone to scratches. I really like the overall design and find it to be excellent for my needs. Just be warned, “check free” due to compacity offers carry a risk for solid material type bags as noticed in one of my pictures.
