I get poison bad too. But with this being long sleeve it helps so much. Very breathable and lightweight. I love the color and size too. I’m 5”11 and have long arms, but like my shirts to fit. Honestly i love these shirts, tight around the right spots, and loose around the others, as to the cooling, theyre superb, the wick away moisture and heat, and thwyre upf 50, so if youre fishing, or working outside in the heat, these will definitely help

Appears to be a high quality shirt with long wear graphics. Con: The washing instructions make no sense at all. Apparently you cant put it in the dryer. I dont know how to wash and dry this thing.

Palmyth shirts are well made, comfortable as they can be and are cut like it was a tailored. I suggest purchasing a size smaller than normal, I normally wear Xtra Large but I had to return the first purchase and get the smaller Large. They are proportioned well, none of those shoulder seams that are often too big and hang down to your elbows. I've purchase several since buying my first one, very pleased with the quality.
