Description
Palmgren's practical light to medium duty drilling machine combines performance and economy into one. It's an ideal choice when working with metal, composite, plastic or wood. This 10 inch Palmgren 5-Speed bench drill press features a cast iron head, column collar, work table and base. The work table height is adjustable using the rack and pinion table raiser. The table can be tilted 45° both right and left while also being able to swivel 360° around the column. The work table surface is precision ground with ½ inch slots for secure and accurate mounting and clamping of your workpieces. Battery powered laser attachment provides a beam that helps operator precisely position the drill bit. Other features include an enclosed ball bearing quill assembly, quick belt change and tension mechanism, positive quick-adjust feed stop and ⅓ HP, 620-3,100 RPM motor. The spindle is supported by high quality ball bearings and has a spindle depth stop. A ½ inch keyed chuck is also included. Assembly required. The drill head will drill to the center of a 33" circle and can be used on a wide variety of materials. Durable cast iron head, table & base. Spindle supported by high quality ball bearings. Drill head swivels 360 degrees around the column, tilts 90 degrees left and 45 degrees right, and is graduated in 5 degree increments with a positive stop at 0 degrees. Rack and pinion table raiser. Slotted table rotates 360 degrees around the column. Front mounted on/off switch. Drill chuck & key.
