The thing about this moisturizer that I like the most is that it helped clear up some eczema I have between two fingers. It has been lingering for a few months and nothing else has helped resolve it. The scent it pleasant, and rather soft, though I personally wouldn't mind a stronger scent since I love coconuts! The formula sinks in fast and doesn't leave a greasy feeling, which is another plus. I do wish it was a bit more moisturizing, as that I often have to use more than I would with the other hand creams I have. I do call BS on the 48 hour moisture claim. Maybe if you don't wash your hands for 48 hours, but who does that? I definitely need to reapply after each time I wash my hands. I'd probably give this a 4.5 if half stars were available. It is natural and so good for my skin. On top of all of the goodness in the cream, it is also contains Fair Trade coconut oil. Fair Trade supports small farmers internationally. This is a great organization and I support it as well by buying products that use Fair Trade. My hands feel soft and look great using Palmer's. I am a fan of their products and use them faithfully. I use a lot of Palmers' products. I love the light coconut oil scent. The lotions and creams are very moisturizing. My issue with this hand cream is that it's a very small, squat tube and because of the shape, it's hard to get the product out after the first few uses. I wish they had bigger, narrower tubes available. I only use the thicker creams on my hands at night and this only lasted a couple of weeks. It might be a better deal if you get multiples, but I only got one. ... show more
