Bought these for our master bedroom as they were a perfect match for our quilt. They are definitely only light filtering as you can see in the picture- they are very lightweight too. I was hoping for them to filter a bit better- this was early morning on a rainy day— but they’ll work.

Curtains where exactly what I wanted. I wanted some light to come through bit something if closed people could see through. Only thing is the curtain rod hole was a little snug. I used with tension rods and had to take the rubber piece off the end to get them on, not too bad but little tight.
