I installed these mirrors on my 2016 Ram 2500. The install itself was not difficult, however when I went to shut my driver side door I felt some resistance. The resistance was caused by the one exposed stud being so long it actually hit against the inside of the door opening scratching my truck & not allowing the door to close. I tried to remove the stud to the point I was afraid I was going to bend it ( I would have used a stud from the OEM mirror). In the end I was able to remove the portion of the stud that was not threaded. Driver side done!!! functioned fine. Then there is the passenger side.... I installed the P.S. mirror same as driver side & removed the unthreaded portion of the stud, no issues until I tried to function the mirror. I found that the mirror when in the down position would adjust up & down but not in & out when I tried to adjust by using my buttons on the drivers door. The mirror when in the up position functions perfectly. I have contacted the seller thru Amazon and awaiting their response. I hope they will send me a properly functioning mirror prior to me having to send them this one back. I don't really want to uninstall both mirrors, put the old ones back in & then reinstall the new ones again, or drive around with a tow mirror on one side & a regular mirror on the other while I wait. Like I said Im waiting on the seller to respond. I will try to provide a update later ... show more

I bought these to replace my old mirrors on my 2012 ram 2500 ST which were not tow mirrors and one was broken when I received them the drivers side mirror was cracked but I had no choice but to put it on so I had some kind of mirror I contacted seller and all they could do is return them for refund or keep them for a partial refund I just want a new drivers side mirror so both mirrors are the same but they don’t offer that... ... show more

Pretty good price for what you get. It is impossible to tell these are not an OEM Mopar part everything lined up and was direct plug and play. As some reviews say you do have to take a little bit off of the stud that is exposed into the door frame I couldn't find my cutoff so I just snipped it off before I installed with bolt cutters as the part you remove is not even threaded. Was pleasantly surprised there is no vibration at highway speeds and the adjustment motor is much quicker than stock. ... show more

I tow a travel trailer all over and needed to see behind my trailer. These mirrors look factory and are super easy to install. The motors work exactly like factory along with temp sensor and the defrost. Great mirrors and their customer service is fast to reply and great work with. Only one thing to watch for while installing is the one bolt hits the frame but easy to cut down and won't scratch paint. I highly recommend these mirrors. ... show more

    • Good mirrors, minor flaw with one mounting bolt
Mirrors look great and work like they should only two negative things I can see so far the forward mounting bolt is too long and needs cut off at the start of the threads or it will hit the door frame and scratch it. Second the temperature sensor is about 5 degrees off from what it really is which isn’t a big deal to me. Also if your truck doesn’t have the reinforcement brackets I would recommend getting them it adds more structural integrity to the door for the increased weight of the mirrors. ... show more

    • Great to start with but now they are rattling junk
Really liked them after I installed them in October but now its January and now the driver gets side mirror has apparently loosened up inside the mirror arm and it causes a very frustrating rattling noise at highway speeds. Very disappointed that they didnt hold up.

These are way better than the clip on tow mirrors that I was using before. The only thing is that one of the mounting screws was too long. I am glad I noticed before trying to shut the truck door. But it was an easy fix, just took my dremel and cut a little bit off of the top bolt after the mirror was installed, but before I closed the truck door. ... show more

Looks great the top bolt needed to be cut off some what...the big mirrors shake real bad when driving the small ones don't very disappointed....i am looking for a new set don't want them at all sucks....
