Use H13 High / Low Beam Bulbs Bulbs Not Included Read more Installation Precautions Step 1 Open the box and inspect the item. Verify what was received was what you ordered and that the item is free from physical damage or defect. Step 2 Remove the original headlights. If you are having difficulty there are most likely fasteners hidden. Review the new headlights to help locate the hidden fastener’s locations. Commonly there are two to four fasteners per light. They may be located behind a fender, bumper or grill. Step 3 Once the headlight is removed transfer any bulbs or wiring harnesses from the original headlights to the new units. Then plug everything in and test all lights are working correctly. Step 4 Unplug the new headlights. Install them in the reverse order the originals were removed. Plug the new headlights back in. And verify they are working correctly. These items are great value, and look great. Only problem I have just noticed, the left one was glued wrong during manufacture. It lets water in. On checking the clear lens is separated from the Main assembly. Its probably a one off, and I am going to ask for a replacement. FOLLOW UP EDIT - As at Oct 24th the company refuses to send a replacement item, and only offers a refund. The email I received says … "We truly apologize for any inconvenience has caused. So sorry we do not offer exchanges/replacement, since there may be a possibility that the same situation may happen again and we wouldn’t want you to go through the whole hassle of it all over again." This statement gives me absolutely no faith that the items are anywhere close to serviceable. If they can not guarantee that they were put together correctly I think It would be better to avoid these people completely! BUYER BE WARE ... show more

I really like these headlights. They are now 18 Months old. However, some of the chemicals used for roads caused the clear plastic the lights shine through to turn brown, as if they were burned. They now look very bad. I've tried several plastic cleaners but the surface appears etched. The truck's paint and grill were not damaged at all so I'm guessing the plastic was damaged by the road chemicals last winter. I'm going to get a headlight restore kit and I think that will give me one more year of use. Update: Many methods to restore headlights. However, the plastic will be damaged in winter driving, so that requires a clear coat over the plastic that will prevent damage. Did use SprayMax 2K Clear. They are perfectly restored and survived this winter so far. I recommend the manufacturer coat the headlights at factory. ... show more

    • Poor quality and missing small parts.

These are unfortunately one of those items where the cost is just not enough to want to return them, but it's enough to feel the pain when the quality is not too great. These arrived and they felt lighter than the ones I was replacing, which are the factory lenses. The picture shows that the turn signal lamp does not have a reflector, but I guess I assumed it would given that the original headlight does have that reflector. Without that reflector the running light is very very dim. next there should have been two metal clips one on each headlight, and neither of them came with that metal clip. I had to remove it from the old headlight and try to make it work on the new one. this means that the headlight is slightly less secure than the original ones, but they are bolted in, so they aren't going anywhere. aside from that, the cutouts for each bulb were not high-quality and as such it makes the bulbs a difficult fit. The headlights are not aimed properly either, and between the two of them they are grossly different. I didn't give this a one-star, because the bottom line is they certainly look better than the 11-year-old ones that I currently have in the vehicle. ... show more

I was a little nervous about ordering these headlights for my 2008 Expedition because of some bad reviews. Since they looked like some of the other ones on amazon that had higher prices I decided to take the chance. Bottom line is that they fit perfectly and made a huge difference in the headlight output. i can see the road now!! There was no need to adjust anything after installation. Check out the youtube videos for installation. Only 2 bolts to remove and replace for each light. I did both in 10 minutes. Quality looks to be equal to original factory lights. Since the 10 year old original lights had some water in them which apparently entered at the seam between the clear front and black back of the lights I added a bead of clear silicone to the new lights in this area and allowed it to dry before installation. ... show more

    • Bulb alignment slots cause bad high beams.
These look good and work, but took four times longer than they should have to install, while I figured out the incorrect manufacture. Initial install took about 10 minutes, and they were easy to align. But...the high beams looked down instead of scattering. I was baffled how a single bulb design could not work. I installed the old ones and they worked fine. Turns out the alignment slots are 120 degrees off from the factory. There are three slots, one wider than the rest to make sure the bulb is properly aligned. Luckily the slots in these were barely wide enough to accept the bulb in the proper orientation. Bottom line, ignore the wide slot on these and install the bulb to match your factory light. ... show more

    • These lights collect water
Update - both lights started fogging up with moisture leaking into the lights somehow. They are both yellowed out and are now in need of replacement once again. Would never recommend to purchase these. Save your money and but the expensive Motorcraft lights. They last much , much longer. The lights were nice and clear when I received them. They seemed nice quality. However, 2 weeks after install they began to condensate on the interior. The bulbs are installed correctly and are tight. The glue welded seams of these light must not be watertight. The exterior lenses of these lights seem to easily get damaged from bugs as well as if the plastic is melted where normal bug contact happens. ... show more

This product has not lasted 4months and is now in same shape less cloudiness as the 11yo ones I replaced... contacted the company Auto Dynasty and they say there is NO WARRANTY... past 30 days... very poor customer service... no contact number... the partial website they do have most of the pages don’t load or not complete. ... show more

Well right out of the box im not impressed. You can tell they are not sealed and barely and sealant was used. 1 of them has broken tabs where the lens connects to the housing. I dont know how something like that passes a quality check of any kind. This poorly constructed and i havent even gotten them worthy enough to go into the vehicle yet. Id recommend just spending the extra few dollars on a different company. ... show more
