This fogged up really bad on a cool fall day. In a game I was shot in the mask, it did not shatter and protected my eyes but still broke at the top. The glass didn't break but the plastic around the glass did. I didn't realize it broke until after the game ended. I am glad I got this to see if I liked airsoft but ultimately will be finding better equipment. I wasn't expecting much from 12 dollar product, so 3 stars.

***UPDATE: Thus mask was purchased for our son who loves playing paintball at our local course. He wanted to have his own mask and gear. However, BUYERS BEWARE, this mask was NOT ALLOWED at our local facility because it does not meet the requirement of covering your ears. My son was incredibly disappointed as this was a gift for Christmas and he was looking forward to using. Please know you facility requirements prior to purchasing, and if you need ear coverage this is not the mask for you. I recently purchased this paintball mask for my son, and I must say it's a bit smaller than the advertised size. However, I had read reviews before ordering, and it turns out the smaller size was just right for him, and it fits well. He thinks it looks really cool and particularly likes the mirrored lens in the mask. He's planning to use it for paintball and believes it's quite similar to what they use on the course. As a parent, my main concern lies in the quality of the mask. I have reservations about its durability and don't think it will hold up for an extended period. But given the affordable price, I somewhat expected that. One notable downside is that the mask isn't anti-fog, especially during active games. It tends to fog up, which can be quite frustrating. Overall, it's a decent mask for the price, but it might not be the best long-term investment if you're looking for something more durable or fog-resistant.

You get what you pay for... this mask fogged up after about 10 minutes of airsoft play. It will work for kids playing in the back yard, but get something better if you play actual airsoft games.
