The instructions are pitiful. The center stabilizing bar that the counter attaches to was missing. One arm wasn’t manufactured with the nut capture and with the bolts being too short, you can’t secure the left support arm. I will be returning this item for a full refund. I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but this product is garbage. I couldn’t identify a clear favorite amongst these ab rollers with elbow supports so went with this one. Just don’t waste your time and order it. The parts don’t fit correctly and the attachments are flimsy and cheap.
