Zero defects, high quality - recommended!
Great product - the wood came with zero defects and was exactly what I was hoping for. I used it to make a keepsake box as a high school graduation present for a friend's daughter. Everyone who saw it loved it and I did too - and I am usually very critical of my own work. I'll include some pictures of the final product - the other wood I used was Leopardwood.

Just as expected
I use Paduak for kerf filler in inlays, because the grain is straight and the wood is a little more than average in flexibility. The reddish color ages to dark brown, and sets off the work well.

Low grade
Most padauk I have bought has been a brighter red like in the picture. The boards I received were more of a dull orange.

Nowhere as red as it shows.
The wood looks nice. Straight pieces, milled nicely. Just not as red as the photo shows. This product will not work for the project I purchased it for.

Bright red hard wood
Great wood, super red. Used it for knife making. It's very powdery when sanding and cutting and some people react very poorly to the oils in the wood, so beware. Use a mask when working with it.

Decent product, not impressed with the color.
I purchased the wood for knife scales. Not at all impressed with the overall colours , however, fairly new to the hobby, therefore, I am not 100% sure what the true colours should be.
