The bag is everything they say it is. Love the way you can secure it to a chair or post so no one can snatch it. Storage capacity is great. Looks good, definitely has a bit of style. Had an issue where the zipper in a freak accident jumped the track. Pacsafe quite simply has THE BEST customer service. They responded quickly and within 10 days I had a replacement. That speaks volumes to the quality of the company and their confidence in their products.

love PacSafe bought this and am happy with it since it hold quite a bit in essentially one big compartment. not fully water proof but good water resistant wish it had a cross breast strap so it will not slip off shoulders. the front zipper locks up good but at times had to straggle to open it.

The inside of this backpack is quite spacious. I doesn't have all kinds of dividers and pockets which I believe makes it more spacious. There are just enough inside pockets and no more. I love everything about this backpack. It holds a lot without being overwhelmingly large. It's uncomplicated with one main compartment, one zippered pocket against your back and one zippered pocket in front. All the zippers use clever Pacsafe locking mechanisms that are easy to use once you understand them. The only feature that Pacsafe has not mastered is the side pockets for water bottles. They don't expand and they are not very deep. I think that's a small price to pay for peace of mind! I absolutely love this backpack!

Purchased this before a trip and didn't end up using it. I know it is very secure, but it's almost too secure. The zipper locks are a bit ridiculous and very difficult to use. If you need to have quick access to something, you can forget about that. It takes a lot of work to get the zippers undone. So this lack of functionality was a deal breaker for me. I would have returned it but I missed the window. Can't recommend this. There are better options out there.

I just went on a 2 week trip to Europe and felt incredibly safe carrying this bag around. 2 small drawbacks - I get like the bag was a little smaller than I was hoping. The front pocket was difficult to organize given the side entry. Overall though, very attractive and safe bag.

I needed a larger backpack so looked at the Pacsafe brand like my smaller 15 L one. It’s a new design and color and both work well. I like to be able to put my smaller purse into my backpack to make air travel easier. There is an outside zipper compartment great for smaller items: charging cables, hand wipes, snacks. I carried my iPad, book, magazines, jacket and purse without it being stuffed. I love it!
