PackIt's Freezable Lunch Bag is the original freezable lunch bag with built-in cooling that keeps anything you pack cooler, longer. The secret is PackIt's groundbreaking cooling technology. Freezable non-toxic gel is permanently built into the lunch bag so you’ll never need to buy separate freezable blue ice packs or gel packs again. The entire bag freezes! To use, fold the PackIt Freezable Lunch bag flat and store it in the freezer overnight (12 hours). In the morning, the walls of the lunch bag will be completely frozen and ready to chill items for hours. Packit Lunch Bags chill food all day, letting you pack healthy foods that would spoil in other bags such as: yogurt, deli meat, milk, fruits and veggies. A zippered closure locks in cool, dry air. We’ve also repositioned the buckle handle so that your lunch will be evenly distributed and the front flap will always stay in place. The buckle can easily clip onto easily clip onto totes, backpacks or strollers. This soft lunch bag is made with nontoxic gel and gel liner. The PackIt Freezable Lunch Bag has been perfect for my needs. I use it to keep migraine relief caps cold while traveling, and the built-in ice packs do an excellent job of maintaining the temperature for longer periods. I’ve also recommended it to family members for keeping insulin cool during travel. (In that case, it’s best to chill the bag in the refrigerator rather than the freezer, since insulin should not be frozen.) The bag folds down for easy storage in the freezer, and when I’m ready to go, I just open it up and load it. I can fit about four to five headache packs inside, each sealed in its own plastic bag. I’ve traveled with this bag on multiple flights and never had any issues with TSA or carrying it onboard. It’s convenient, reliable, and very travel-friendly. ... show more

This lunch bag is the real MVP especially with a baby in daycare and keeping milk cold. I do throw ONE icepack in there to just ensure the milk stays cold but when I get the lunch bag home after being gone from 7:00AM to 3:30PM - it is still cool! It folds up great to store in the freezer - not too bulky and fits nicely in the freezer I ensure mine dries out before I re-freeze the lunch bag to avoid any dampness which could lead to any mold growth. But I bought another one for my sons lunch because this one worked so well with the breastmilk being sent to daycare.
