I have tried different products for dish soap and have concluded that DAWN is the best for my needs in the kitchen. I use a lot of olive oil in cooking so my dishes are always in need of degreasing, DAWN does the trick. You only need a teaspoon per sink full of dishes, compared to other brands; I need to use a 1/2 cup to even begin to see any degreasing. Buying these two large bottles is a money saver. I love DAWN and will not return to other brands. Using less, being the best degreaser, having a mild fresh scent and being a money saver because you do not need as much is a great bargain. Lastly, I do also use DAWN mixed with lots of water to wash my windows and I apply it to grease spots on my husbands shirts. DAWN has multiple uses.

It efficiently cleans dishes, cookware, and bakeware in warm water, and never irritates my hands. Also, a bucket of warm water with Dawn Dishwashing Soap in it is a wonderful cleaner for general household cleaning. Leaves behind a pleasant scent. A great value, too. A must have in my pantry for so many uses. I highly recommend Dawn!

Even though it's pricey it's not enviornmentally harsh, cleans well and safe to use on animals. Dawn has donated their products to help save animals caught in oil slicks like the EXXON disaster and they will always be my go to dish wash liquid for that reason alone.

Dawn cuts the grease and can clean about anything including dishes, the kitchen floor, and fabric stains. We like to purchase these big bottles and use it diluted in a spray bottle. These big bottles are a value.
