I got a small tube of this face wash in a product trial bundle. After my first use, I ordered one of these regular size tubes because I liked it so much I have sensitive/finicky skin, so I always proceed with caution when trying new scrubs/washes/moisturizers etc. This stuff doesn't bother me at all, no redness afterwards, no stinging, no excessive dryness, nothing The scent is really nice, kind of light and perky enough to make you feel a little more awake in the morning - It's sort of sweet/candy-ish This face wash isn't gritty. It says it's an exfoliate, but has NO grit at all. It still gets the job done well enough on its own, but I DO have to wash twice on particularly sweaty days or days when my hygiene has been lacking ( I'm gross sometimes, I admit :p ) This stuff does NOT foam up at all. And it's bright yellow lol which I find unique All in all, I really like it. A tube lasts a while, even though it doesn't look super big. All you need is a dollop on your fingertip, and that's enough to wash your face - A little goes a long way. So, I think it's a good deal. I plan on buying more when I run out As for the brightening effect - I can't say I really notice a difference. But maybe I just don't pay close enough attention to notice (?) I pair this with the facial lotion from the same Baby Glow line. I really like that stuff too. I also use the Baby Glow peeling pads, and I DO notice a brightening/pore-shrinking difference with those. Favorite cleanser in the Pacifica line. I use it every morning and love how it feels. I have sensitive skin and break out easy, but this is super gentle and I never feel like I need to instantly moisturize. The scent is very refreshing and energizing. For the price, it’s such a bargain for its size!

I love this face wash BUT - the smell is super pungent and it is a bright yellow color that I’m afraid will stain my clothes.

I have oily Tzone skin. This is a great cleanser for me. Smells yummy. Pacifica makes some great products. I have others as well. Thumbs up. 👍

I really like the smell, very sweet like. A little goes a long way, my face always feels so very clean with this product. Better than I have ever tried so far. I am 50 yrs old too!! Worth the time and money. ❤️💯🤗

For the first two weeks that I used this, I washed my face with it once a day, and I loved it. I felt like it made my skin brighter and smoothed it out. My cheeks and forehead would always feel a little dry after washing, but I have “mature” combination skin, so that happens a lot and moisturizer usually takes care of it. After those first few weeks though, I noticed that the skin in my forehead and the bridge of my nose was peeling. The only change I made in my routine was adding this face wash, so I switched to another gentle cleanser most days and the peeling stopped. I still use it as an exfoliant/ deep cleanse every once in a while though. I think this cleanser would be great for someone with oily skin - just watch out if your skin is either dry or combination. ... show more
