Description

The VL airbrush features a chrome plated body and parts for durability and is installed with the fine size head. A PTFE packing enables the VL to handle any water or solvent based paint. The roller in front of the trigger allows the VL to be used as a single action airbrush for those desiring simpler control. Clean up is as simple as spraying your paint cleaner though the airbrush and wiping of the needle. The Paasche VL airbrush can be used for many applications including hobby, craft, t-shirts, taxidermy, ceramics, cake decorating, tanning, tattoos, etc. The VL airbrush is made in the US and includes the following: VL1 airbrush only and manual.

I have owned a dozen or 2 Airbrushes in the last 30 years. Fromhe cheapest to the medium high-end 300+ Whowever The Paasche VL is by far the most rugged and dependable of them all. From T shirts, Murals Signs, & Custom Painting. My last brush was a well known brand allot of the famous artists recommend. It worked well as it should when I accidentally bent needle & cracked the tip ran to discount house purchased a get me through cheapo 1/2 the price of this Paashce VL. Painted for for 2 hours (1 hour & 20 minutes of jacking with the problems of cheap airbrushes, tip drying inconsistent patterns etc...) called my customer delayed the project. Ordered this airbrush. 5 hours of painting & No Issues. Sprayed beautifully out of the Amazon wrapper. (Did not come in a box. Who cares!!) Easiest airbrush on the Market & always has been. Compares with brushes 3 times the price. Not to mention my 15 year old VL Sitting in my Paint box missing the tip & a cracked cone still sprays. I ordered this brush because of the project was time sensitive I will buy a needle and tip kit soon for my older VL & the other brand. This brush is so versatile if you don't have one get one. I've used at least a dozen airbrushes to paint cocoa butter for chocolate bonbons. They either clog too easily or can not spray consistently the low fluidity of cocoa butter. The Paasche is a beast and has not problem with this task. I can't recommend it enough for this purpose. Excellent product.

I've bought 3 passche airbrushed and none of them have held a candle to my central pneumatic products. * easily damaged during use/ cleaning * not interchangeable between otherhose/compressor brands * more often than not bought with a defect of some kind

I do a lot of modeling in sheet foam covered in plaster, so lots of air brushing. I have several airbrushes both single and double action. The double action brushes work best for shading, putting in shadows, ect.
