This is the fourth automatic foaming soap dispenser I've purchased. Two died due to failure of the internal pump. The in order for the remaining unit to work, the soap has to be thinned so much that at least four pumps are needed to produce enough soap to wash your hands. This product works extremely well. The power pump allows it to pump a sufficient quantity of thick foaming soap to wash hands with a single pump. I've only used it for a couple weeks so I can't attest to its reliability yet. Very happy with it so far.

I bought these for my kids bathroom, because sticking a $70 simplehuman foamer in there felt like a bad decision. I haven't had any regrets after several months of use, and this one actually has some positives, compared to the SimpleHuman ones, other than the price. First off, a negative. Its not as well made as simplehuman, it feels cheaper. But it is cheaper, and the feel isn't that bad, and its not like you're handling these things constantly. You fill em up, stick em on the counter, and then, if everything is working properly, you barely touch them. Now onto the positives. Filling up the soap reservoir is very easy; it detaches and can be filled with whatever soap you want. SimpleHuman has been pushing hard into the "blade and razors" model, and making it harder and harder to bring your own soap to their dispensers, so this is a big positive. The visibility of the reservoir on the front lets you know when you're running out, so its easy to refill. And the foam is a fairly sturdy, fine foam, with lots of microbubbles.

[UPDATE 08-04-2025] DONE WITH THIS Ordered a second unit on JULY 5TH to give benefit of the doubt. First fill worked perfectly. Second fill same solution ratio, just runny soap...ZERO foam. Cannot get it to work properly. Started over with new fill of foam/soap solution and refuses to work. See how many other sellers have identical product under a different "brand". JUNK! [UPDATE 07-01-2025] It's been two months since purchase, and this unit is dead. Before revising my review from 5 to 1-star, I checked the troubleshooting here as well as the manual. Soaking the screen at the end of the intake tube and trying to clear any soap residue was the only other available option as the working parts of the machine are sealed. I had already performed the cleaning cycle outlined in the manual. And when the motor runs, but nothing comes out you have to use the included squeeze bottle to clear the tube and internals. Well, that just finished off the machine. It looks sexy and worked well out of the box, which makes my disappointment all the greater. Having said that, I will order one more to give the product another chance. If it fails again, shame on me. [Original Review] We were looking for a manual foaming hand pump when we saw this. It seemed to have good reviews and nice styling. Indeed, it is a very nice looking unit. It's not too bulky and the soap capacity is good. It goes a long time between refilling. The battery life is awesome. Very happy with this product and the price is reasonable.

Exceptional foaming hand soap dispenser! I have foaming hand soap dispensers in my bathrooms and kitchen. I had one quit working so I researched many on Amazon. This one is outstanding! It has a good capacity, the soap stays filled for a long time and It also stays charged for an exceptionally Long Time! The amount settings are extremely easy to change and set. I wish I had THIS dispenser in all my bathrooms and kitchen.

Very nice looking on the counter. It matches my other appliances. It works well and I love how you can adjust the amount of soap dispensed I’ve used for awhile and didn’t have to charge it yet so i can’t comment on whether that’s a good feature or not.
