This works in a classroom
Size: 36-Grid
I have a pretty good size phone and it fits. A class full of students putting their phones in here might get a little complicated if you don’t number of them. Other than that, it’s a really good solution.

Great organizer!
Size: 36-Grid
I used this in my classroom to store student phones and it worked really well. Very sturdy!

Sturdy and looks great, but slots are too narrow...
I really like the look of this cabinet and the strong nice looking bamboo material, but the slots are too narrow to accommodate a bulky cell phone case or a pop socket. It was a bit tricky to put together as the bamboo paneling was not perfectly straight, but once together it is nice and sturdy. I chose this cabinet because of the openings that allow you to run charging cables into the cabinet. If I can get the slots widened it will be great.

Perfect for my high school classroom
Size: 24-Grid
Teachers know the cellphone struggle. It’s daily, it’s every class period, it’s most students. After years of fighting for cellphones, this is what has worked. I took my classroom rolling metal cart and turned it into a phone station. I roll the cart to the door. “No cell phone, no entrance” is what I tell them. At first I did it without chargers and there was a lot of push back at the door. I decided that I needed a way to encourage cooperation, so I added the phone chargers and sanitation spa. Red cords are Apple chargers, blue cords are android chargers. I use a large power strip so they can use their own chargers too. My kiddos that are germ-a-phobes use the sanitation spa. What are the results? 98% cooperation. 3 out of 160 students fight it. That is so much easier than 60% of students fighting it. They have learned to appreciate the chargers. They are so addicted to their cell phones that their phones die on them during the day from usage. So now they are forced to charge it, but in the long run, they appreciate it because it helps them out. Even if they aren’t charging it they’re used to it now and they just comply. For me, having it on a rolling cart is the game changer. stopping them at the door is the key to collecting the phone. If they make it into the room that’s where the struggle begins. They take it to their desk. They argue that they will keep it in their backpack, but we all know they never do. Then we spend the entire instructional period telling students to get off their phones and put them away.

Too expensive but it works
Size: 36-Grid
I can't believe I paid $50 for this gadget but if it means I can teach without having to monitor phone use, I guess it's worth the mercenary price tag. I used a label maker to number the slots and used a Sharpie to number desks, telling students I would be taking roll this way. Works great! At least until the Implant. Read MT Anderson's novel Feed and you'll understand.

Great for class room management
Size: 36-Grid
I teach high school in an inner city. Students don't breathe without their phones and will actively use them without trying to hide the usage. This product has saved me the fight that happens every time I tell them to put them away. I assigned a slot for each student they put the phone in for the class, and I give them extra credit points for willingly giving me their most prized possession. I put it in the front so all can see their phones. I wish that it was a bit more durable, but for the prize I can't complain.
