Quality is nice for the money but the threaded brecket locations are not exactly correct. You will need to egg or slot your holes. You will need 9 or 10 m6x1 bolts

Radiator seems well made but the cap or the filler neck is faulty. Coolant can flow to the overflow tank but does not return to the radiator when the coolant cools!

Like others have said had to do some fabrication work to get the fan shroud to go on the rear missing nipple for the reservoir return hose so I had to find a fitting to fit the tapped hole even though the picture plainly shows the nipple the top of the radiator looked like there was entirely way to much heat added when welded together I have attached pictures of both ... show more

I was somewhat skeptical installing in my 2014 Jeep KJ Unlimited Rubicon, but after install and slightly adjusting plastic for stock fan shroud, adding a few bolts and quite an effort to R&R the existing radiator. it worked GREAT!

I liked the thought of a nice aluminum radiator but this ain't it. Some of the mounting tabs (not all) are so far off you can not enlarge holes enough to make it work. 2 were off by a half inch and 2 more were off by an inch. The top mounting brackets were canted off by about 10 degrees. The tank welds looked adequate but other than that stay away unless you can cut off their brackets and bolt tabs and re-weld in the correct locations. Not everyone can weld aluminum. I'm sending this back and will buy/cry once with a Mishimoto I know will fit. BTW...it cost me $21.56 to return this POS so buyer beware. ... show more

Great product.. no leaks out of the box. It fit perfectly regarding the size compared to jeep's location of install and surrounding fan/air intake... no modification needed -- a couple issues (3), however.. 1st-- facing front when installed; the lower right mount on the radiator is slightly off compared to the OEM a/c condenser mounting tab. I had to re-drill into the tab to correct. 2nd-- the wrap-around mount with the a/c condenser lines is also slightly off.. not a big deal but needed to re-drill this hole as well. 3rd-- All OEM screws will need to be replaced for mounting the condenser onto the radiator--- as the stock screws were course thread for the OEM plastic radiator sides for mounting.. the new aluminum will need machine screws.. this was understood and fine with me In all--- very happy with this product.... thank you ... show more

    • Goodbye fragile plastic radiator ends hello solid aluminum

This radiator was a great replacement for the junk factory radiator that is notorious for cracking by the upper hose. This unit should be good for the life of the keep but it’s also repairable unlike the plastic ends on the stock unit.
