This doesn't sit like a cape when your arms are through the holes. It's hard to describe but your full arm is exposed like you're wearing a vest, versus how it sits flat in the picture. I even ordered 2 to compare (1 that would fit and 1 a size up). Both had the same weird look. I ended up just draping it on my shoulders and that was cute. Immediately you’d be able to tell it’s cheap. I did not feel there was any way I could pull off making this top look good. It’s flimsy, so flimsy it doesn’t hang right. No lining. It’s going back.
