Let me start by saying that there was a lot of back and forth between me and my hubbie and ultimately he won the decision on the patio “ conversation set” as I’d wanted something else. The back and forth went on until the pavers were down before we pulled the trigger and we still weren’t sure how grey this would be. The price for the sofa, 2 x swivel chairs, 2 ottomans and a side table clearly is very reasonable compared to other sets. This was a driving force for us as were we really going to pay 5 k plus for furniture used periodically? It came in 3 boxes over 2 days and in about 5 days from ordering. It was packed beautifully, we used tools provided along with a ratchet wrench and hubbie did lion’s share of it alone with me occasionally holding something to assist. Like others have said, tighten everything at the end , once in place. We do have one ottoman cushion that looks a bit squished and are watching that. If it doesn’t recover I will get onto customer service. When I’d asked , after 1 box arrived, when others were coming, their response time and detail was phenomenal. I’m hoping the same will be true if this cushion is an issue. One thing to note- on the back cushion for the swivels you get a big flat cushion that looks too big for the provided cover. No instruction is provided but we assumed you fold it in half and that it plumps up inside. Yeah, it looks a bit fake and plastic but it didn’t cost an arm and a leg and we aren’t going to worry if kids climb on it and spill things. It’s to be used, right?

Ok, if I can give you any advise for assembling the set let it be this - DO NOT tighten up anything until you have everything bolted together. THEN go back and tighten everything up. No joke, it’s written right on the directions and it’s absolutely true. It took us a while to get everything right, but the final outcome is just what I wanted. And yes, we had to loosen up some stuff to get the back of the chairs to fit properly. It’s best to work on them when you’re not tired or hangry…..don’t ask how I know that! I still need to go back and tighten up both chairs, but we have patio furniture now and that’s all good!

We remodeled our home, and put this in the patio, this is sturdy, comes with enough cushions, cushions are also water, dust, and pet hair resistant. Meaning the dust and pet hair doesn't stick to the cushions and water droplets roll off. Well made for outdoors patio use. Light weight and yet sturdy. Me and my cats love it.

We purchased these as an upgrade to our old patio furniture. I read that they were hard to put together, but once I started it was not bad at all. It took me about 2 hours from start to finish. They look great and have held up well so far. The cushions are pretty comfortable and nice also.

I’m not one to do reviews but this was necessary. This patio set is made so cheap, the instructions are absolutely useless, and the cushions are nothing like what the pictures show. They are thin and not even close to the same color shown. I sent multiple messages asking for help to put the chairs together and telling them how terrible of quality this set is with minimal response. Don’t waste your money!!!

For the price, it seems like you get a lot of bang for your buck. Things seem well made and good materials. But, I will say, the assembly was a pain. Many many bolts, many in weird spots to try to get to, and too small of areas to use any tools to make things easier so you have to use the tiny little allen wrench and regular wrench. Super painful.
