I’m convinced that everyone who says this was an easy assembly was paid to do so. This was the most frustrating assembly I’ve ever experienced. My hands couldn’t fit in the spots, the tools didn’t fit between the metal to get to the screws. The wicker got in the way of some of the screws. And to top it all off, one of the pieces was poorly cut and didn’t fit correctly. Which then caused the rest of the assembly to have holes that didn’t match up. It is also not as tall off the ground as I thought, which makes it hard to rock. Wish I had just sent it back honestly

chair frame is slightly awkward to put together, but not too bad. the cushion that came with it is NOT good. it doesn't fit right and the only thing that matches wit the item picture is the color. it has a huge lump throughout its middle section, and its thin and flops over the sides of the frame.

This company stands firmly behind its products. I encountered an issue with the chair, but their customer service resolved it promptly. I’m very happy with the outcome. The chair is extremely comfortable—I’ve even been able to sleep in it! To improve comfort further, I placed a yoga mat at the base, which made a noticeable difference. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with both the product quality and the service.

You get what you pay for is the best summation. First, I half expect they shipped me someone else’s return… two washers were the wrong size for the screws, there is loose metal filings rattling inside the tubes (and I can’t get it out, it rattled up and down during assembly), the metal bars have at least one dent and a few knicks, two sets of instructions in the box and one was a bit destroyed looking, etc etc. Second, while the assembly is straight forward and the instructions were clear, there are some very finnicky spots - like where the rattan covered some of the screw holes, and so it’s not a super smooth assembly, but not bad overall. Third, functionality is “meh” - the rocking motion is not at all smooth. I wondered if it was the outdoor flooring or carpet, and so we brought it inside on to hardwood floors - even with that, we concluded 50% of the issue was the rocker itself. One possible contributor is that the center of gravity is a bit too low to make it rock easily, and the other is that the plastic liner is not flush along metal arch, so perhaps it’s causing some resistance. However, the balance is great in that you don’t feel like tipping over at all. Fourth, the comfort so far seems to be.. okay? I don’t know what I expected, but one can definitely feel all the bars and rattan underneath, but I can’t tell if that’s normal or not. The cushion is thick like they say, and holds warmth which is great for a chilly evening. It’s perfectly wide for me to fall asleep reading a book. Fifth, the beige color in the photos is not representative: the pictures make the beige look off-white with gray steel, but the real color is true beige with black metal (similar to other outdoor furniture). I wouldn’t deduct stars from this, as it’s still named “beige.” Some other good news though, the dimensions were accurate. Mostly, the sale page made me think the item was thoughtfully designed and manufactured, with some degree of care, and as if maybe I was getting a reasonable price. But you aren’t - it’s made exactly at the price point you’re paying - so deducting the 1 stars from advert vs real life discrepancy.
