It arrived in perfect condition and the quality is awesome. The only down side is that it still fit a bit small. My actual cap size is 8 1/4. The circumference technically fit but just barely. What was a deal breaker for me is the crown was way too low. I need a higher crown. I like for my caps to almost reach my ears. Also the brim was too long. In my opinion it looked awkward.

Love this hat because it fits my large head. I don't like the XXL embroidered on the side, so I took a seam-ripper and took it off. It took a while, but I got it off. Purchased the black, tan, and grey hats. Seems well made. Hope it lasts.
