I've used this several times to make unboxing videos and it works great. It holds the phone and doesn't move or drift down from gravity. Since it's LED's, I would love a battery powered version, though.

It’s great for streaming or recording hands-free, and I love how customizable the lighting is—whether I need bright, cool light or something warmer, it’s got me covered. The phone holder is super convenient, and the mount itself is really easy to set up and adjust to my preferred angle. Seriously, like the best tool I’ve ever gotten myself for selfies and videos because I’m vain and always have to be taking them lol can move this seamlessly and just about any direction at any angle and have had wonderful positive experiences so far using this and it’s been about a month and a half. If you’re in the market for an item similar to this, this one is quality and will last you and does a great job.

UPDATE:: The company got a hold of me and addressed my concerns. I received another phone holder that fits my phone much better The light is nice. The phone holder is horrific if your phone is larger. My 3 year old phone barely fits and the holder itself gets in the way of trying to zoom or change anything on the screen. Very bummed. I thought it would be better. My bottom clamp is beginning to strip out,also. Not sure why since I haven't touched it since I installed it. Definitely save your money unless you just need a light

The media could not be loaded. Great product!! I like to record art videos and this does a perfect job at it!! Comes with a remote , for the size attachment part I use textbooks to latch it. The light is perfect for videos since I’m an artist i always have extra lighting but lighting has 3 settings (low medium and high) and warm and cool tone. I always have it high setting at cool tone. 100% recommend , only thing this is bulky so you need space to work with it. Easy to assemble and Bluetooth remote works perfect no issues and I’ve had this for a year!! I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max and my phone fit in the holder, if you have a large phone don’t worry I usually have to take off my case so it’s slimmer to grab.

Absolute worst light ever! The light is so dim it doesn’t even provide enough light to do activities that require you to see well. For example, tattoo artists, lash technicians, sewing, painting, etc. It literally made zero difference in the lighting of my room even when it’s turned all the way up. I am a tattoo artist and needed another ring light to have more lighting during the tattoo application. I loved that this one was smaller and on wheels so I could pull it close and angle it just how I need without it getting in the way. But the problem is that the actual light is just not bright enough. I literally saw zero difference in lighting when it was on vs. off. There is zero use for it at my business so I guess I’ll take it home since the only use I can see for this light reading at night. Wish I could return this and get my money back but my coworker accidentally threw the box away already… total waste of money.
