  • Great
Color: Glitter Silver
I bought my sister and myself those Tshirts that say I’m the oldest sister, I’m the Middle Sister and I’m the the Youngest Sister. And we have have names that are just perfect for the shirts. Sheena,Teena, & Jeena. And we are going go on a road trip to Memphis to see Graceland for my birthday. And I thought it would be fun to use the sparkling letters to put our names on the back of the shirts. And they look so good. I hope Elvis loves the shirts. ... show more

  • Great iron ons!
Color: Glitter Gold
I used these letters for cheer bows. They ironed on very easily and look fantastic. The trick is to press hard with the iron for about 30 seconds, then let the letter cool before trying to peel the plastic off. I just ironed them on, so can’t speak to their durability, but they worked perfectly for my project. ... show more

  • Patience
Color: Glitter Gold
I read the the detailed review from the person who said patience. That is with a capitol P. When you think you are taking your time....slow down. The letters work great and look beauiful. But you can NOT hurry the process. Make sure you IRON is hot and you get the edges of the letters. Let them cool completely and then cool some more. Slowly peel off the plastic. And you will be very pleased with the result. ... show more

  • It takes time and patience
Color: Glitter Gold
I purchased these to personalize my family's Christmas stockings. They work well for that, and they look great, but there's a learning curve to the application of these. I highly recommend that you do a few practice runs on a scrap piece of cloth to get the hang of it. Fortunately, this set comes with a ton of letters and symbols so there is plenty to work with. First, I cut out the letters of what I wanted to spell. Then I arranged them on the stocking. Then I removed all the letters except the one that I was actively working with, and pressed down on it with an iron on the highest setting. I did not need to use parchment paper or a pillowcase. It's unnecessary. But you can't just rip it off like a band-aid after waiting 20-30 seconds. That's how you really mess it up. Keep pressing down with the iron, usually pretty hard, and SLOWLY peel the cover back. Go very slowly, bit by bit. Because there will be sections where the glitter letter is still sticking to the backing. You'll have to lay it back down and keep running the iron over the area until the backing releases freely. Otherwise the letters will be ruined. It takes time and a lot of patience. So, those with really bad results tried to rush it too quickly, which is pretty easy to do. So, one star was docked because of how much of a pain it is to apply these. However, you get a lot of letters for the money, so it's an economical way to personalize stuff like this. I wouldn't recommend these letters for clothing that you plan to wash and dry frequently, though. They seem like they would fall off easily with wear and in the wash. ... show more
