Nice helmet, lightweight and warm. The texture of the inner fiber is very comfortable, feels 'cozy'. The flap that covers the ears also filter out noise which I find great when riding but a little annoying when speaking with friends on the lift. I had a large fall and this helmet protected me from a deadly front impact with the hard ice. My forehead did not get hurt and I am okay with minor concussion only. If no helmet, I would still be somewhere at or near an emergency operating room, I think. I am very happy I bought this helmet and will use it every time I go skiing or snowboarding. The rear adjustment is really helpful to secure a comfy snug fit. The strap under the chin is also covered with the comfy fiber mentioned above, a great touch. I added 2 gopro stickers to make it look better. My head measures 53 so I bought the Large size and it fits me perfectly, including a think hat or balaclava or both. My adviceis to measure your head wearing the hat you will be wearing under the helmet, as it seems to run a bit bigger than they say. It's built well, and comfortable otherwise.
