I came from riding motorcycles where a full face helmet is the norm. When I started riding a mountain e-bike I wanted something with more overall protection than the standard cycling helmet I have for road use. After a lot of reviews I settled on this one and it has ticked the boxes I expected. It's light, looks good, appears to be well made, and comes with a couple of sets of cheek pads to fit different rider's heads. Only two things of note. 1st, it comes with 30mm and 25mm cheek pads, and I have a larger head and a set of 20mm or possibly 15mm would have made it a little less snug. It's not "too tight" but it is a bit on the tight side for me. 2nd, contrary to the user manual, only one of the straps is adjustable, so you can't adjust it to properly center the chin strap buckle. Seems like an odd discrepancy - though not a show stopper. Those two factors (the Large being a bit small and the non-adjustable strap) knock off one star. Otherwise, this is a great helmet for the price.

Light weight. Breathable. Works great. Medium for a medium female ;) Was able to go downhill ingridiants and some up all day without getting overheated. Feels safe enough for my speed and abilities. Wouldn't use it if was jumping big doubles or only riding black runs at mock 5. Id go more safe for that, but great for a grom like me.

Love it, haven't crashed in it yet. But have bumped it a couple times. Seems pretty good I would definitely inspect it real good after an accident, would probably get a new one if I went down hard. Actually you supposed to replace helmet after any accidents, but I don't have thousands of dollars for helmets, so I do reuse the expensive ones after even a head ringer. This one good for at least one slamming hard header, off my electric unicycle.

My son got an e-bike for Xmas. I felt the usual bike helmet was not enough protection especially with the faster bike. I wanted something that was similar to a regular bike helmet but with a full face. But not a motorcross helmet (we have those for four wheeling and they’d be too warm). This helmet fit the bill. It’s as light as any bike helmet, has a lot of ventilation to keep cool in the Florida heat. The fit was perfect. We got a large and my son’s head is 57 cm. It came with thicker cheek pads options which we swapped in. Visibility is great. You could easily fit goggles if needed. Overall quality is super nice too. It feels like a well built helmet.

When I first put this helmet on it felt cheap. The helmet feels hard when you put it on, but it didn’t hurt at all when I bonked myself in the head a little bit. It felt like my head was right next to the foam and it was not that comfortable. It was not uncomfortable, but it wasn’t comfortable. It’s also not comfortable to put on and take off because it has a weirdly tight clearance at the bottom. The helmet has a long chin guard which is just not very aesthetically pleasing to me. The whole helmet doesn’t look bad, but it feels bulky and there is just something off about it to me. The build quality and finish does not feel premium in the slightest. It feels like a helmet you would buy at Walmart (apparently they sell this at Walmart) because it feels more like a sufficient knockoff rather than an actually good product. Moreover, it came with a tan blemish on the side that could not be cleaned up or removed. I ended up getting the Demon United Podium helmet with MIPS for $27 cheaper. The helmet is much more comfortable, sleeker, feels higher quality, and don’t forget MIPS!
