I purchased this first and over all it has provided a good protection.. A few months ago I bought the front protection and over all is great. What I like best is pending on the type of ride I may go during the day. I can use just the back or the entire harness. Highly recommend.

Good anyway
I bought it exclusively to protect my spine against a ski fall. It protects from bumps and falls but does not seem to protect the spine since it is made of some kind of plastic and folds easily. Good breathability. It is difficult to adapt to the straps at the front and shoulders.
