These pants are slightly large, but overall they fit very well, breathe well, and are constructed with material that seemingly have no limit to flexibility. Keep in mind, the velcro (side straps) waist adjustment can improve on the minor size increase or decrease if needed. No belt necessary, but velcro adjustments will be hidden behind the belt if one is worn. I work in an industry that requires constant movement in all 4 seasons of weather so time will tell if the pants are as durable as they are comfortable and flexible. I'm using these as regular everyday wear for the winter and I've gotten several comments about how sharp they look. They fit great because there are adjustable straps on either side. I use these for motorcycle riding when the weather is cold. They are far better than regular jeans in cold weather, keep you relatively warm and reduce the wind. They can be worn during the regular day as well, inside, without being impossibly hot.
