I absolutely love these chairs! They are quality , well-built, and sturdy profucts. I went with the gray color as it also has dark brown coloring in the wicker which I was a bit hesitant of because I’ve usually had only dark brown on my deck. I am loving the contrast in color as it’s not so “matchy-matchy”. I also love that the chairs have a high back (super comfortable) and that they swivel and rock back and forth. I absolutely recommend these chairs!! 😊

I was looking for replacement furniture for our 11 year old set that was coming apart. I wanted the same size so I could use my sunbrella cushions. This set is perfect. There was an issue with one part that was damaged in shipping and seller immediately replaced it! The swivel gliders are great. The set was not difficult to put together. Just took a little time since I had no help to hold the parts. I highly recommend this furniture and shipper. Hope it holds up as long as our old set.

There were no actual instructions for full assembly for these chairs. That being said, I have put together enough stuff over many years and figured most of it out without instructions. The paper they sent with the item includes a QR code for an assembly video. That was somewhat helpful. The contents list showed only two size of screws, but I had a few that were in between sizes in the packaging for the assembly materials. Luckily, I was able to find them and utilize them in the proper location for their use. I.e. the base and rocker assembly. Overall, assembly was rather straightforward and relatively simple, but not easy. In the assembly, nuts and bolts and such, there were like washers, but no where to utilize them. Without proper instructions, I have no idea if those were supposed to be placed in certain positions or not. Overall, the chairs look great as other reviews have shown and they are very comfortable. Rocking motion works just fine. Swivel motion works just fine. Several of my neighbors have inquired and looked at them. They will also be ordering sets of their own. The price of these chairs are OK. I just wish there were better detailed instructions for their assembly. My wife loves her new chair for the back patio and that is all that really matters. Lol!

I bought these chairs because of the gliding motion. They are very comfortable & the rocking/gliding is relaxing & just what I wanted. The cushions are a bit scratchy, but this is typical of good outdoor material. They seem well made & hopefully will last me many years. I did buy covers for the chairs to protect from the elements. I assembled them myself without much effort, but it did take some time. As other reviews mention, do not completely tighten until assembly is done or there will be problems with alignment! There were no issues with the screws stripping. I can only speculate others over tighten or used power tools with too much torque! The side table is a great addition to the chairs. The hardware package was split open & some was missing. The packaging was well done & there wasn't any damage to the boxes. I contacted the vendor & they promptly responded to my request for additional hardware to complete assembly. Much appreciated their attention & quick turnaround! I purchased the set during Prime Days & I found this to be an excellent product & value!

The pieces were easy to assemble. The set is sturdy and very pretty. The cushions are a little thin, fabric is rough, not soft. The cushions on the seats on the couches slide forward when you sit on them. Have to lift the back cushion and slide the seat cushion under it continuously. Every time you get up it's out of place again. For the money, it's a good bargain. We looked at just a three seat sofa at a nice furniture store and it was $8000. So, this whole set is a bargain. The chairs are great. Cushions do not move on those. The tables are very heavy and solid. It's just the cushions are cheap. You get what you pay for.

There are so many conversation sets to choose from. I admit buying sight unseen is a risk but thankful for reviews to assist in making decision. The chairs/sofa lean back just enough so you feel comfortable sitting as well as height for your head to rest a little. Truly love the swivel chairs and the height from the ground. The ottomans fit nice under table. The color blue is appealing as well as the gray brown wicker (looks modern) the end tables are a must which are perfect for sofa and chairs. These I ordered separately. I normally don’t write reviews but felt this set was worthy of leaving a review. Customer service was awesome, I was missing four screws for swivel base of chairs and they fed ex them. Shipping was fast!
