The media could not be loaded. I ordered this chair in march and at first there was a mishap where it was delivered to the wrong address and I advise amazon & Temminikii, and they made such an amazing impression correcting their error. They were so polite and generous and offered a complimentary Bristol table set to go along with my egg chair, which were both delivered immediately to the correct address once they were advised of the mistake! They communicated back to me swiftly whenever I reached out and answered all my queries so politely and friendly! The way they handle this situation alone made me more excited about the chair! I just set the chair up today and it’s soooo comfortable and sturdy! It came with all the pieces and extra screws. It was easy to assemble. The media could not be loaded. Don’t waste your money. The instructions are horrible. No reply from the seller. I truly wanted to love this chair however it’s a hell no for me. UPDATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REACHED OUT AND RECTIFIED THE SITUATION. THIS CHAIR IS AMAZING. SUPER COMFORTABLE!!

I love this chair!!! Wasn't hard to put together as long as you use your own tools. What they provide is horrible!!! Would take hours if I used their tools. Other than that it's a great chair! Looks just like the picture.

All in all I really like the chair. Only issue I had is one of the legs the wrapping or whatever you want to call it, the wicker, had come unglued. I was able to do some Macgyver stuff and make it work. Once it was put together I was happy with how it looks and the comfort.

Had a hiccup with shipment, but the item itself is nice. The instructions don’t have any words, but it’s easy to figure out. The chair is sturdy, the cushion is soft and fluffy. My only gripe is the tools provided to tighten the screws are so small and cheap. The screws are also very long, so when you tighten the bolts, a lot of the screw sticks out. ... show more

Unfortunately what should be an easy assembly is cumbersome and time waster. The tools provided don’t work properly and the instructions are unclear and somewhat confusing on top of an exhaustive experience. Shame
