Upon opening this high quality duvet comforter I was very impressed. It was well packaged and vacuum sealed. The paper states that there may be a slight smell from natural fibers from the filling. I didn’t notice any smell. The fabric has a nice soft and cool feeling the way cotton naturally feels. It feels like it will be very breathable and still be warm for all seasons. I am letting it air out to fluff a bit before using it. 5 star!

Lovely construction - heavier (and less fluffy) than I hoped. Perhaps it's not really all goose down? This one will keep you really warm! If you live in a mild winter climate, it may not be for you. Considering returning.

SO I searched high and low for the perfect duvet insert. and this is it for ME! I was looking for a duvet insert that could be used year round but be warm enough for winter. For starters i started using this about a week ago . And currently it is winter so i can say this a slightly light weight but it is warm enough where I am not sweating! PERFECT my husband sleeps hot and he loves it (IFY we do not sleep with the heat on) Now the only question left is would it be good for the summer? Now that is no biggie i can always buy something different . But this is perfect for this RI weather. I washed it on medium and dried it on medium heat. I had to take it to the laundromat and it washed well . It took about 90 mintues to dry. the insert itself fluffed up nicely! if you want a poofy bedding then get a thicker insert this is not that!

The color is beautiful!! The comforter is soft and thin yet warm and super cozy!! I was skeptical about this purchase and I’m really happy that I took the chance!! I’m actually going to buy these for the twins, we all love thin comforters!! The ones we used to love changed the fabric they used and it piled within weeks….so after trashing those and looking for weeks online I finally took a chance on this because of the color and I could not be happier!! If you’re reading this do yourself a favor and get this too! You will not regret it!!
