I purchased an Oura ring 5 (stealth) and was blown away as soon as I opened the package. It is so small. The with is amazing. The thickness is about the size of my wedding ring. I really don’t even know that I am wearing it. I was able to connect it very simply. I can switch between the two rings at will. The finish appears durable. I have a feeling that I will be wearing the Oura ring 5 much more than the Oura ring 4. It is HSA/FSA eligible so the cost wasn’t an issue for me. I recently upgraded from the Oura Ring 4 to the Oura Ring 5, and the difference is immediately noticeable. I upgraded to the 5 from the Oura 3 and I can say this version is far better. I tried the oura 4 last year and the sizing was not right at all and ended up sticking with the 3. For me, I am a size 11 on my right middle finger and with the 5, I am also a size 11 and it fits perfectly. I ordered the sizing kit as well and the 11 fit just right. So happy with this purchase, so much smaller and lighter and feels great. The oura 3 for me needed to be charged twice a week which is not ideal. So far, after a day on a full charge it’s only gone down to 91%. ... show more

The size and slimness of the 5 is a huge improvement. The battery life is as advertised. It's much more comfortable to wear. I wish they had a light pink color like the ceramic but maybe that will come out soon too.

Far better than I imagined. If only Apple could make an iPhone leap this ambitious. My 1st 5 Star tech and quality rating for anything other than my Tesla Performance 3. But the Tesla beats it for overall dollar value.

Much better form factor than the Oura 4. The 4 was too bulky for me and I ended up not wearing it at all. The 5 looks and feels much more natural. I'm not seeing any difference in information or data reporting, but at least I'm wearing it now! If you're new to Oura rings, go with the 5. Be aware that you'll have to subscribe to their service to get useful info about your health; and their app is only okay. I would prefer the app have the option to primarily show data, but has a hard-to-penetrate front end GUI that gives you an interpretive narrative rather than data. Also, be aware: "Oura Ring 5 is capable of storing up to three days of data, while Oura Ring 4 and Gen3 can store up to one week (seven days) of data." ... show more

So far so good. Received the Oura 5 Stealth today. My first Oura so nothing to compare to but the ring itself is vey light weight and is thin. Fit is as expected after using the sizing kit. The app has a lot of features and as an Apple user it connected seamlessly to apple health. Looking forward to the sleep and cardio aspects of this device. Impressed so far! ... show more
