The Oura ring 4 has great battery life, so much so that I forget to charge it because I don’t have to charge it as frequently as my old one. This Oura ring is my fourth version; I had an extra charger for every ring. If I forgot to charge before getting ready for work, I would charge when It started getting low at work. I love having an extra charger. It is the same as the one that comes with the ring itself, so it works perfectly.
