If you only need steps, it might be ok. For sleep and heart rate, there were days I didn't sleep and... had no heartbeat? No notifications of anything. Spent 3 days trying to contact customer service, but they only wanted to get their paperwork in the order they wanted. I sent them a screenshot of the Amazon item and the order #, but they wanted "the screenshot of your order, the value of the goods and the invoice information". Instead, I returned the item. Total waste of time!
