I ordered this phone for my granddaughter. Since it is unlocked, I can add it to my current carrier. It was very simple to do. I took it in with me when I added her to my account they took the phone and did everything on site. When they were finished with it, it worked as good as my own phone. This phone is very fast. It has a lot of memory. The camera text very good pictures and you were able to edit it right on the phone. She can download any app she wanted within reason. Of course the speed is great. Her games do not lag. We are very pleased with this phone. It was so much cheaper than buying one outright at the big box stores and works just as well I will put picture of what I received and the description so you could order the same one. This phone freezing up, it's hard to get back to the navigation bar, it takes a over night charge to reach to 100% , and that that charge doesn't last all day, also the mic is poor the caller complaints can't hear me.
