This phone is an example of how you can put the break on the impulse to spend 11 hundred dollars on a glass and aluminum strip encased phone that realistically and practically will not do anything different and will feel outdated when the new model is pushed on you. Manufacturers such Oukitel and “Xiomi” are breaking all the marketing rules and putting out very good, reasonably priced phones. The phone itself looks made of hard polycarbonate plastic. It’s a basic no frill design, but it’s not an ugly design. Consumers and tech reviewers are all of a sudden realizing the advantages of hard plastic encased phones, especially well-designed plastic phones, when it comes to reception and heat dissipation, etc. Also, sooner or later you will drop your 11 hundred$ glass encased phone and chances are you will not like the results. The plastic construction make the quality of the calls at both ends sharp and clear. This phone can be gotten, if you order it from China, for about $90 bucks. Some impressive specs are: .Two simms, 4 Gig ram, 64 Gig storage, 256 Gig microSD card support .It has bright, sharp, and fairly accurate color reproduction .It is very responsive under normal use .Edge to edge use of its screen .A fairly good and usable camera and a fingerprint sensor .Battery can maintain the phone powered for a whole day under normal use .Not bloated with spying software .The phone comes very well packaged by Oukitel and even comes with a rubber shock absorption case and a well placed screen protector. Do you think old Samsumi will ever give you anything for free? The only inconvenience per price I found was that one has to wait a little longer for it to fully charge since it does not have a quick charge feature. It’s a small price to pay in exchange for all the pluses Things to be aware of: No headphone jack-this feature is always a weak construction on a cellphone-but it has a very good Bluetooth radio and Bluetooth head phones are easy to find. Don’t accidentally trip the “Invert Color” lamp in the notification area or the “color correction” setting under the “Accessibility” settings. That will degrade the color capacity of the phone and you might think the phone has a defect reproducing color. If aware: Under the “You are a developer now” settings. You might be able to “root” this phone and lose all the security protection that the phone offers at the same time. Luckily, many users won’t even know what I’m referring to and that is a good thing. It also works well with advanced android launchers such as “ADW Launcher 2.”

If you only need a phone for calls and text than this is for you Battery life sux, constantly trys to connect to wifi even when turned off, does not connect to Bluetooth right and will be patchier when it does pair. If my other phone had not bricked I would just use that one. This phone sux big D's

It is an ok phone. I do not like the fingerprints where it is placed in the back my finger keeps touching it constantly just picking it up. I don't like the way the screenshot works. I like the amount of storage it holds and external storage option. But it has function for me so far. Not compatible with any app to export raw files to jpeg.

I got the phone for my 5 year old to keep him from having to ask for my phone all the time. I installed the family link app to get some games he likes to play on my phone ready for him. The phone is great, pretty much a mid tier android device, I plan on getting him an actual sim for the phone when he gets older, totally satisfied with the purchase.

For the most part the phone itself is pretty good. The visual, camera, style are all good. The problems I have are that it didn't support Textra and it kept crashing, so I had to delete the app. Then the wifi keeps shutting off. Not good when you really need it. Looked into it and it's because it's android 10. The company should have updated to 12 by now but hasn't. Basically what I bought the phone for ..doesn't work. Also if you have a large finger, the fingerprint pad is way small and does not detect your print, which locks you out of apps after a few tries. Will have to buy a different cell phone, make sure it has a newer Android version. Update; In process of trying to return item with amazon. We will see.
