Was much duller than expected and a little smaller. However, there is no way that this is made out of surgical steel. All of my jewelry is surgical steel and I have no issues. This wasn't even in for 48 hours before my piercing started hurting really badly, swelling up, and bleeding. No doubt an infectiom starting from an allergic reaction. I've had my piercing for 3 years and that has never happened before even with changing my jewelry multiple times a week. ... show more

It is beautiful. I have a fairly small nose and it's the perfect size. It was easy to insert, clicked closed easily, it's the most comfortable hoop I've ever had in my nose, and it's heavy enough that it feels like it's pretty good quality.
