First off let me say I accidentally ordered the wrong diameter size at 12mm. It was still cute but was very uncomfortable to sleep in. I emailed customer service and they were amazingly kind and sent a 10mm out free of charge! I have the 10mm hoop in now which is pictured and it fits so much better. It’s so sparkly and I haven’t noticed any irritation. I have very sensitive skin and actually dealt with a piece of jewelry for my conch from Etsy that left me broken out in eczema. This hoops is comfortable to sleep in and very pretty. The customer service was top notch! 10/10 recommend

This ring is slightly bigger than I'm used to but it's so cute and not annoyingly big. I had a hard time getting it in, and had the dreaded nose bump for a few days. I have to look at the gauge I ordered, it might have been bigger than my usual 20. It took awhile to snap the closure but once it was done, I've had no issues with it staying put, worn 24/7 for months and it has not come lose. Other than the initial irritation, no issues there either. I need to adjust it sometimes as I want the area it splits into two to be close to my nose but it slips down a bit. Someone else in the reviews was having an opposite problem where that area was slipping up and the two pieces were trying to get into the nose hole, so likely different issues depending on size of nose and size ordered. I'm used to the open ended bent wire and had issues with it falling out during the night (how I lost my last beloved nose ring), and if I was blowing my nose I got stabbed a bit inside lol. Absolutely no issue like that now with the full circle style. I can see wearing this for years to come, I don't like to change them often especially when it works great and is beautiful ❤️

Titanium material does not irritate nose. It’s small and delicate looking and looks cute on nose. Jewels are tiny and from a distance you can barely see the red so it looks mostly green and white. Overall, I love it.

Edit: I can not for the life of me get this out of my nose! I have to go into a shop, I’ve spent hours all together trying to remove this ring with no success and getting an agitation nose with each attempt. It should come with a dang warning label. It is so adorable and fits perfectly, I got the 8mm. A lot Of times the metals listed are wrong and I end up having allergic reactions, I’m on day 3 with no issues 💗 the hoop stays closed as well! I’ve had this is for close to two years and I love it. It hasn’t come out once and it’s pretty easy to clasp if you want to take it out and put back in. Hasn’t tarnished AT ALL, it just isn’t AS shiny as when I got it. I’m ordering another one right now lol.
