Love this soap. It smells really good and keeps your hands soft. I read the reviews before hand and a lot of them talked about how the pump does’t work. At first I was struggling but then I figured it out. It is not your standard pull up and twist pump. You actually have to push it down till you hear a pop. I bought two, on one of them I pushed down hard and it popped and worked. On the second one I pushed down and twisted while I was pushing down and then it popped and worked. Love! If you want luxurious hand soap in your guest bathroom this is it! It has a spectacular scent that is perfect no matter who you are. It has small beads that make you feel like you’re getting a nice exfoliating experience during your hand wash. It is worth the $$$. Spa like experience at home.

I love the scent. But, I purchased this 5 x in the past few months and 4/5 bottles pump would not open. I don't understand why this company cannot fix the pump and charge so much money. It is so frustrating.

This is an expensive soap, which made me hesitant, but I decided to try it over other social media famous designer brands like Le Labo and Aseop. I really like the exfoliation, which are little mircobeads. In the wintertime, my hands get so dry and cracked and this soap makes them feel soft. Unlike many other reviews, I did not have any issues with the pump. It twists to open and worked the very first time I used it. The fragrance is a light floral scent that isn't powdery like Grandma's perfume nor is it woodsy or masculine. Honestly, for the price it is a nicer upgrade from Mrs. Meyers or Compagnie de Provence (French liquid hand soap) that I normally buy. Those made my hands too dry. ... show more

Love the scent! We use this in the guest bathroom currently, and I think I’ll also buy one for the primary bath as well. It’s got exfoliating beads and a little goes a long way. This will last a long time. I’ve bought more expensive soap and this seems to be just as good.

Love the product but hate the pump. I bought 2 of these and both pumps do not work. I was going to return them but I have used too much product. I love the smell and texture, but my pumps don’t work!!! I will make do with it because I really love the product.
