Love this soap. It smells really good and keeps your hands soft. I read the reviews before hand and a lot of them talked about how the pump does’t work. At first I was struggling but then I figured it out. It is not your standard pull up and twist pump. You actually have to push it down till you hear a pop. I bought two, on one of them I pushed down hard and it popped and worked. On the second one I pushed down and twisted while I was pushing down and then it popped and worked. It’s just a different pump but nothing is wrong with it. ... show more

I've purchased 5 of these bottles of hand wash and the pump top only opened and worked on one of them. Be aware, you may not be able to get the pump top to work. Very frustrating. I've given feedback to the seller. The soap is great, but if you can't get the dispenser to work it doesn't matter.

Love this soap! Looks great but my only issue is the pump top always breaks or falls off and I always have a hard time opening them! But I keep buying it because they look great and love that the hand soap has a little scrub like texture to it. Scent is subtle and nice too.
