we used this as a welcoming floor mat to the stage and it was really looking good. Wrinkles come of easy when layed on the ground. We could have used them as a backdrop too. Thick enough to not let a lot of light come through. so it will form a lightweight and easy to use grass flooring if you need one. Do not worry about the thickness of the grass. It looks like grass flooring. May be for the ones that are professionals, they might think this is flimsy and ugly.. and they might be right for bigger events and venues. But for a house party this perfect to use and wash and fold away without breaking your back or the bank... ... show more

You would think there's not an awful lot you can say on a review about a rug. But this actually surprised me a due to the price of the rug and then the thickness being extremely thin. I had been to my local box store that seem to have comparable pricing. But I decided to go with this simply because it was a smaller package already wrapped up but I could simply take it with me when it got here as opposed to having to go down to the store and get it. But I was slightly disappointed on how thin it is. I was you going to use it for a very low traffic access on a small access deck. The material was solid enough that it wasn't falling apart even know it was extremely thin. But that concern me in any other use had I use this in a larger area I was afraid it would've worn out a lot faster than something I found at the box stores. I think for anything that's a small area and it won't be a lot of traffic across that area I think it will do fine.. I gave it three stars because the fact that it seemed to be in tact there is no loose grass or anything from the rug in the box so it stayed intact it just was really kind of on the thin side which made it easier to cut but still was not as heavy as I had intended I have purchased indoor outdoor carpeting before for my large deck and it's very thick and durable. And I probably could've got that with the same price at a box store but this was convenient enough to be delivered to take to where the material need to be applied so I do recommend it for a small area that does not have a lot of foot traffic other than that I'm not sure it would hold up. ... show more

I wanted faux grass to put under some Easter decorations on a sideboard, and this works great. I had to trim it a little, but that was super easy. I like the low pile so that figurines can sit on it without being shaky/unsteady. For the price, you can't beat it.

yes, turf is perfect for all along the side of my house. It made a perfect walkway from front to back. I originally ordered 3 ×10 and received 2 x 7×10 which was a little annoying, but when I went back to order another one, I noticed they changed the 2 x 7 to 3 so at least they corrected that. This grass looks very thin until you put some paver sand and rake it upwards and then the color turns darker in the grass, looks real as it has some brown in between to make it look more natural. It’s not super thick and on the short side so it depends what you’re using it for but if you want it for a walk away, this is absolutely perfect. I ordered another one that is a 2 x 7×25 to finish my walkway. I’ve been putting week fabrics and then a thick layer of paver sand and then the turf on top and it’s gorgeous. It looks so clean and fresh along my house now and my dogs love it too. I really feel like I upped the value of my house just by using this turf. I did not use steaks in the ground even though I have some just because it’s laying nicely with the paver sand underneath, and a great bit of paver sand on top in between tje grass and it rains a lot in New Orleans, so it keeps it nice and sturdy. I will enjoy this grass for a long time and order more for another project, I am sure! I will take and upload a photo later. ... show more

On the surface it has a decent look, so if you intend to never walk on it and just look at it you’ll be fine. The colors are vibrant and even after a direct hit from hurricane Helene, the grass hasn’t shed. Unfortunately I got this to cover some unsightly concrete patio slab that I walk on everyday, and I knew from the moment I opened the roll of carpet that it wasn’t destined to last long. The black rubber backing is old, brittle, half disintegrated before I even unrolled it. And then I made the mistake of walking on it. Every step sounds like you’re walking on breaking glass and the brittle material is cracking into microscopic small black debris under the mat. This roll is much larger than an older one I had from 4 years ago (different company), but the old carpet still looks like the rubber mat is brand new. Comparatively, this brand new carpet looks like it’s spent a decade decaying under direct sun or worse. DO NOT let your animals use this grass carpet!! They will find all those little micro pieces of rubber. Ask me how I know… ... show more
