The stand is awesome, but even if your OtterBox says it will charge, and is MagSafe. It will not. Mine will Not charge until I take the case off every night, which is annoying. The charger is pretty fast, and it holds my iPhone in place. Great charger, sucks with a case!

The charger works great but there is an annoying buzzing/tapping noise when you charge your phone. They know about this issue and will just offer you a discount to keep it. Fine for charging in a random room, or somewhere where there is consistent noise to drown out the buzzing. I really, really like this product. My only complaint is I can hear it charging! Wherever I mount my phone to charge, it then has a ticking/swirling ticking sound. It isn’t overly loud, but definitely loud enough that I can constantly hear it whenever my phone is cheating. It’s rather annoying as it’s sitting on my night stand. Product arrived without the wall adapter. I hooked it up to a Nomad 65W wall adapter however I noted that if I put in the watch or AirPods first, the phone won’t charge. I have to remove the watch, put the phone first and then the watch and Airpods. This also happened with an Apple OEM 20W adapter. I don’t know if the adapter that was supposed to be included corrects this issue. ... show more
