Update, 09/30/2023 While out for a bike ride the other day, my iPhone 14 Pro Max popped out of my handlebar-mounted phone holder and hit the asphalt pavement hard. As my phone bounced around the road, I was sure it had to have been damaged. Thanks to my OtterBox case, I was wrong. Not only was my phone undamaged, there wasn’t even as much as a mark on the case itself. Excellent protective case! The OtterBox Symmetry + case is lightweight and sleek, and it’s made for use with (MagSafe) magnetic chargers and accessories. Best of all, it fits the iPhone 14 Pro Max perfectly, allowing access to all buttons, the charging port, and unobstructed camera views. The front edges of the case, as well as the area around the lenses, are slightly raised, to protect the screen and camera lenses. I initially ordered an OtterBox Commuter-style case, but I returned it because it interfered with my magnetic (MagSafe) chargers. The Commuter cases are also a bit thicker than the Symmetry cases, and they have an additional rear panel, which adds a bit to the overall weight. Unlike the Symmetry case, the Commuter cases also have a charging port cover, which I normally remove because it gets in the way. Both the Symmetry and the Commuter cases offer three times as many drops as military standard protection. I’ve been trusting OtterBox cases to protect my cell phones for many years now, and they’ve never failed to do so. I would highly recommend this case to a friend. ... show more

When I bought this, the synthetic ring started to deteriorate. I used to purchase my items from this company. The quality of the product has gone down. The cover is terrible. No protection at all. Do not waste your time and money. Otter is only out for your money.

I am a fan of Otterbox cases to protect my phones. Most recent case in point, was touring and fell on some cobblestone surface with my phone stupidly in my hand. Case started coming apart after a year. The silicone side of the case came loose and peeled away from hard plastic part. Tried to do the warranty and Otterbox wants to charge $10 for shipping! Talk about robbery. Otterbox cases are way overpriced. You’re not paying for a high quality product. I definitely learned my lesson and will never use Otterbox again.
