Once you figure out that you have to take the outer bumper off and open the hinged inner case before inserting phone it works fine. I bought it not for convenience or protection but because of its bulkiness and popsocket. I wanted something to be easier on my carpel tunnel. It works so so. The popsocket needs to extend further.     • Case was good but not the pop socket
The case looks good and seems hard enough to keep the phone well protected. My only issue is that the pop socket did not keep the phone up like it’s supposed to. I would pop it out and my phone would just fall. I should’ve gotten a regular case instead of this one
