This phone case has done a great job protecting my phone. I purchased it in December 2023 and so I have had it a little over a year now. My phone hasn't cracked or gotten scratched at all. I also have a screen protector on my phone, and this case combined with the screen protector protect my phone very well. I am pretty clumsy and drop my phone almost every day. The rubbery side bumbers make it bounce when you drop it, reducing the impact. There are two cons about this case 1. it gets brown pretty easily and it is really hard to get it looking new and clean again 2. the magnets on the inside of the case often come loose and when I take off my case the magnets end up stuck to the back of my phone rather than the case itself. Overall, this case is pretty good and the pros outweigh the cons! ... show more

    • The Otterbox brand isn’t the value proposition it used to be.
Never fit very snuggly. It ends up letting dust get in around the edges and under the buttons and around the sides. My phone is damaged now because of this. The whole purpose of the case was to preserve the selling value when I am ready to upgrade. Now I’ll lose at least 100 from my trade in because of these scratches. The small strip of magnets used for MagSafe alignment came out I believe the third time I pulled it apart to clean the dust. My mom also has an iPhone 15 that is the plus and two different cases never fit properly. Like a glove that’s too big. She has almost a full 1-2mm of clearance. Her frame and back glass are in horrible condition because of this. Otterbox brand on your case used to be a signal that you spent the extra $$$ on quality and extra protection for the $1.5k computer in your pocket. Now it looks like you’re just paying for a brand name. I honestly feel scammed. I’ve had the same or better luck with a $10 case. ... show more

    • Slippery little suckers!
Bought the solid blue for my iPhone 15 Pro because the Apple brand silicone case I have had is falling apart. Why is it falling apart? Because I'm clumsy and keep dropping my phone. This OtterBox case isn't that bad and it seems to offer solid protection for falls & drops. The blue color I ordered was even on sale so I got it for a great price + free shipping. However I did remove a star because the outside material is SLIPPERY. Like the snails that Julia Roberts was trying to eat in Pretty Woman, one wrong gesture and I'll probably unintentionally yeet my phone across the room. If you've got smaller sized hands like me, holding onto a phone is already hard enough. I thought the side rails of this OtterBox case would be silicone but they are hard plastic like the backside. I'm going to end up ordering another Apple branded one because I know it's the material I need, it just sucks that Apple wants so much money for something that does not last.. I'll probably still keep this for when I feel like living on the edge of destruction. ... show more
