I was honestly surprised by how not-bulky it feels. I’m used to otterbox cases being much heavier. The green color looks a bit different to me in person that it does online, but still cute. Easy to install and remove. I will say, I dropped it, and cracked my screen protector with this case, so it’s not indestructible of course. Otherwise, seems to be good quality and very durable. Don’t get me wrong it’s a thick case but its protection thick not uncomfortable. The rubbery exterior is great to hold, I have the lanyard attached and it’s great! If you have one of those clear block camera lens protectors it will not fit with this camera cut out. This is a great clean look and I love that it’s see through you can see the phone on the back panel. MagSafe works as it should. The green is very pleasing to the eyes. Bottom line is it looks good and I am not worried about my phone dropping due to the phones protective layers. Very durable so far. Fits most screen protectors that I use. I just switched from an Otterbox I had so long it was falling apart. This case is a little thicker, but it’s comfortable to hold. The material is easily gripped and comfy. It was a little confusing to install because I didn’t realize I had to take off the plastic rim first and put it back on after, but once I figured that out I was easy. It did come a little scuffed on the plastic back, but it’s not too noticeable. So far it seems great and worth the money, but it’s been one day so I’ll update after a while to see. ... show more

I really enjoy this case, I am accident prone have dropped my phone a lot, and it has protected my screen. Although, I will say it does not do super well at protecting the camera lense. Luckily, I have camera lenses proctors that have protected my camera lenses. Would still recommend screen protectors with this. I like its sheek light weight design, providing protection but not being to bulky like other ottorbox cases. Although, it would be better if the back side by the camera lenses protruded more to provide more protection to the lenses. (Maybe if it had more of a lip). Otterbox Defender case is the ONLY case I will ever buy. About 10 years ago, I laid my iPhone on top of my car while unloading my car. And as I’m sure you have guessed, I forgot about it. A couple miles down the road I heard a thunk, thunk, looked into my rear view mirror and to my horror, I saw my phone bouncing repeatedly several feet into the air. My heart dropped. Had to go to the bottom of the hill to make a u-turn. We found my phone about 40 feet from the area where it fell off my car … the only issue were two VERY MINOR scrapes on the case corners. I just upgraded my iphone 12 pro to iphone 15pro so had to replace the case. Otterbox has always been a top of the line case and I've used them for years. My 12 pro had the Defender and it was a great case, comfortable to carry and although I really don't drop my phone often I did drop it on a brick sidewalk recently and between a quality screen protector and the case the phone came out undamaged. I decided to get this case for my new phone since it's been a good case. Color choices are pretty good. I would say this color description is tricky. I guess if you think of an evergreen tree it's not like a green crayon or grass, it's a bluish green and that's the color of the case and that's what I wanted. It's just not what I pictured when I read it so I'm pleased in that regard. As always, Otterbox is pricey but I guess if it protects the phone like my last one I'm good with that, my last phone is four years old and looks brand new. Again, I don't really drop it and I do take it out and clean it periodically. Now, here's my problem, I've also used the Lifeproof series for underwater use for years and the one for the 12 pro was absolute garbage. I tried three of them, they replaced them under the warranty. I finally threw away the last one it's such junk. Reviews are pretty much like my complaints, the screen won't work in the case, pictures are of no quality, and sound is horrible in the case. I only use this on vacations for around the water, but alot of people use this case as their everyday case so this is a big deal and they really screwed up quality all of a sudden. Now I purchased this case and I'm just baffled. Why did they make it two pieces? I had a one piece case that protected my last phone fabulously for years. My initial impression when putting my phone in this case was, if I drop this the case is going in two directions and my phone in another. The plastic ring doesn't fit entirely snug, there is a slight gap in places, which will allow for dust and crumbs, and whatever to get in. Why change what was working really well? I'm not convinced Otterbox is the top of the line anymore but I own it so I'm keeping it. If I had it to do over, I'd buy something else. ... show more

    • Just what I wanted
I used the pursuit series cases for years, but found they were discontinued by the time I last upgraded my phone. The Defender XT is basically the same thing, and I like it so much because it gives more protection than a symmetry or commuter series case but without the bulk of the classic defender. This one actually works with MagSafe and the color (green) is as-pictured. My only complaint is that I wish there were more colorways to choose from. I would definitely order this again and will definitely be looking for a defender XT first next time I change devices. ... show more
